Baby & Me Yoga
(6 weeks to pre-crawling)
Baby & Me Yoga is a gentle yoga practice designed for you and your new baby. Gentle flows and stretching, deep breathing, and moving with your baby will help you to rebuild core strength, tone back and pelvic muscles, and release tension in the shoulders, chest and hips. Baby & Me Yoga is a beautiful way to connect with your new baby and to meet other mom’s in the community.
Babies can get fussy during class — our classes are very casual and you can feel free to nurse and tend to your baby at any time! Bring a blanket for your baby and wear comfortable clothes you can move in. No prior yoga experience necessary. If you have questions about when to start, do ask your midwife or doctor
